CANCELLATION POLICY

B’Luxury Beauty & Body Studios – Cancellation & No-Show Policy At B’Luxury Beauty & Body Studios, we value our clients and strive to provide the highest quality of service. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we have established the following Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Appointment Cancellations We kindly ask that all clients provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service(s). Same-day cancellations may result in a 100% service charge at the discretion of the provider. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future services or refusal of service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee or partial service charge may apply. This is to avoid impacting clients scheduled after you. Deposits Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied to the final cost of your service and are forfeited if cancellation or no-show occurs within the restricted time frame. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. At our discretion, we may waive fees in cases of verified emergencies or serious illness. By booking an appointment with B’Luxury Beauty & Body Studios, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
